Food Tasting @ MBS

We arranged for an early food tasting session so as to suite everybody's schedule. Other than food tasting, we also had to select the wedding favors, table cloth  and chair cover for both VIP and guests' tables and the VIP's chair sash. 
Here's what we plan to select for the favours: Letter opener and luggage tag.

Our selections:
- VIP: White table cloth and white chair cover. Considering to rent the gold organza sash from the florist instead.  
- Guests: White table cloth and bronze chair cover 
 
After looking through the above selection, we started our food tasting session.
 
Here's our menu:
 
Assorted Combination Platter
(Smoked Duck, Spicy Scallops, Sliver Bait, Mini Octopus & California Maki)
 
Braised Lobster Broth with Egg White
 
 Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Spring Onions
 
  Wok Fried Prawns with Greens topped with Honey Walnuts
 
Braised Abalone with Mushrooms and Vegetable
 
Chinese Fortune Chicken in Lotus Leaves
 
Spicy Si-Chuan Ee-Fu Noodles with Chicken Floss
 
Yam Paste with Pumpkin and Hasma
   
 
 
We felt so full at the end of the 5th dish haha because we had only 8 pax.
Overall, our families were very pleased with the food. Good Job, MBS! ^^
